Founded by Kristy Frilling Skelly, a former D1 All-American and professional athlete, fitness/mindset coach and speaker, and mom of four, ‘Sunday’ aims to inspire moms to reclaim their strength and self-confidence through the power of compassionate grit, with a village to cheer you on along the way.
